Yami Gautam in multi-cr ‘Dhurandhar’ franchise

She was not well-known in the Hindi film industry at the beginning of her career. She was criticised for advertising fair skin cosmetics.

There are even rumours that famous fashion designer Manish Malhotra himself refused to give her a wedding dress. Yami Gautam recently made her mark by acting opposite Emraan Hashmi in the film ‘Haq’.

Riding on the success of that film, she is now appearing as the trump card in the multi-billion-rupee ‘Dhurandhar’ franchise.

Aditya Dhar’s much-awaited film ‘Dhurandhar 2’ is set to hit the theatres on March 19. Yami will be seen in an important and violent role in the film.
