A Shared Vision for Women’s Empowerment
WEBCO believes that empowering women requires more than inspiration—it requires meaningful opportunities, practical support, collaboration, and strong community connections.
Through community events, youth volunteer initiatives, cultural celebrations, mentorship programs, and support for women entrepreneurs, the organization aims to create an inclusive platform where women can share their knowledge, develop leadership skills, and contribute to society.
Speaking about the committee, Founder and President Taniza Reza shared:
“My vision has always been to bring women from different professional backgrounds under one roof, where every individual is respected, every talent is valued, and every woman has an opportunity to contribute. We may come from different professions and experiences, but we share one common purpose: to support one another and create meaningful change in our community.”
Building a Stronger Future Together
With its growing network of volunteers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and community advocates, WEBCO looks forward to expanding its initiatives across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
The organization remains committed to supporting women, encouraging youth participation, celebrating cultural diversity, and strengthening community relationships.
WEBCO’s message is simple but powerful:
“Empowering Women, Inspiring Youth, Connecting Communities.”
