‘Moments like 2024 don’t come often in nation’s history’

Joint convener of the National Citizen Party Sarwar Tushar has said, “Moments like 2024 do not come often in a nation’s history. Those who fail to stand on the right side of history are truly unfortunate. We were able to take the right position and stand with the people, and that is a matter of pride.”

Referring to the political developments surrounding the July movement, Tushar said, In an apparent reference to former prime minister Sheikh Hasina, he added, “Those who once claimed that Sheikh Hasina would never flee have seen otherwise.
