Pubali Bank holds CLS Agent Conference 2026

Pubali Bank PLC has held its CLS Agent Conference 2026 as part of efforts to improve customer service standards, ensure greater transparency in loan disbursement and strengthen field-level operations.

Organised by the bank’s Retail Business Division, the conference was held recently at the Pubali Bank head office auditorium.

Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pubali Bank PLC, attended the event as chief guest.

The bank’s Deputy Managing Directors Mohammad Shahadat Hossain, Md Shahnewaz Khan and Mohammad Anisuzzaman attended as special guests.

The conference was presided over by Md Malequl Islam, Head of Retail Business Division and Deputy General Manager.

Regional heads from different regions, executives from the head office and CLS agents were also present.

At the programme, the top 13 CLS agents of 2025 were recognised for their outstanding performance and contributions with crests, certificates, motorcycles and mobile phones.

Speaking at the conference, Mohammad Ali emphasised the importance of enhancing the professional capabilities of CLS agents, expanding customer-centric services, ensuring greater transparency in loan disbursement and making network operations more efficient and dynamic.

He said the bank would undertake various initiatives to make CLS services more modern, technology-driven and effective in the future.

Referring to CLS agents as key partners in the bank’s development journey, he said Pubali Bank values performance, integrity and a culture of collaboration.

He expressed hope that such recognition would further inspire CLS agents and help accelerate the bank’s overall growth and success.
