Midland Bank celebrates 13th aniv

Midland Bank PLC marked its 13th anniversary on Sunday through a Quran Khatam and Doa Mahfil, seeking blessings for the bank’s continued progress and prosperity.

The programme was held at the bank’s head office in Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

Imtiaz U Ahmed, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Midland Bank PLC; Md Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer; Md Nazmul Huda Sarkar, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer; senior management team members; and divisional heads attended the event and offered prayers for the bank’s sustained growth and success.

Speaking on the occasion, Imtiaz U Ahmed expressed gratitude to the bank’s customers, shareholders, regulators and employees for their continued trust, support and contribution throughout Midland Bank’s journey over the past 13 years.

He said Midland Bank remained committed to providing innovative, customer-centric and technology-driven banking services to meet the evolving needs of its customers.

He also said the bank would continue to strengthen its digital banking ecosystem and deliver secure, convenient and innovative financial solutions across the country while upholding high standards of service excellence.

As part of the anniversary programme, a cake-cutting ceremony was also held at the head office.
