Prime Bank signs deal with Shamadhan Services

Prime Bank PLC. recently signed an agreement with Shamadhan Services Limited, a digital financial services provider that offers a range of services including mobile wallets, payments, money transfers and merchant solutions.

Under the agreement, Prime Bank customers will be able to transfer funds to Shamadhan account anytime through MyPrime App and Shamadhan App as well, according to media reports.

Prime Bank PLC SEVP and Head of Liability Shaila Abedin and Shamadhan Services Limited CEO Dr Ahmed Arman Siddiqui signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Prime Bank PLC Head of Cards and Retail Assets Joarder Tanvir Faisal and Head of Digital Channels AZM Fouz Ullah Chowdhury were present at the signing ceremony.

Shamadhan Services Limited Head of Product and Pricing Md Salah Uddin Tanvir and Head of Business and Strategy ABM Saiful Bari also attended the event, along with senior officials from both organisations.
