Ryan Reynolds’ ‘Animal Friends’ postponed again

The release of the new movie ‘Animal Friends’ starring Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Jason Momoa has been postponed again.

This road trip adventure film will now hit theatres on January 22, 2027.

The film’s release date was previously set for May 1, 2026. It was previously planned to be released on October 10, 2025.

The film is directed by Peter Atencio, based on a screenplay by Kevin Burrows and Matt Mider.

‘Animal Friends’ was originally slated to be produced by Sony Pictures, but was transferred to Warner Bros in 2024 through a deal with Legendary.
