Jaya’s advice to everyone

Entertainment Report :

Jaya Ahsan is a popular actress in both Bangladesh and West Bengal. She works equally in films in both industries. Recently, the actress shared her views on the use of mobile phones.

She said that mobile phones have become a major obstacle to building a connection between humans and nature.

Therefore, if possible and when not necessary, people should develop the habit of not using their phones. Jaya shared these thoughts while participating in a podcast.

The actress said, “On shooting sets, I try not to use my phone as much as possible. When we step out of our homes, we immediately look at our phones.

We don’t notice the trees around us, the people, the traffic, how someone is walking, how a rickshaw puller is riding or wiping his sweat.

The phone doesn’t allow us to see these things. If I don’t observe all this, if I’m not connected to nature and society, how will I act?”

According to Jaya, staying connected with nature is extremely important for mental health. She further said, “When an artist touches another person, emotions are conveyed through that connection.

Tears come to the eyes, feelings awaken in the heart. Smell, sound, sight-everything is learned from our surroundings.

The chirping of birds in the morning, the early breeze-all of these provide a kind of therapy to people.

Mobile phones create the biggest disruption to this connection. That’s why we should sometimes stay away from using our phones.”
