Bangladesh Women’s Futsal team crushed Pakistan Women’s Futsal team 9-1 in their fifth match of the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Women’s Futsal Championship at Nonthaburi Stadium in Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand on Friday. Captain of Bangladesh Women’s Futsal team scored four goals with a hat-trick.
Bangladesh women led the points table gaining 13 points from five matches.
Bangladesh will take on Maldives in their last match of the SAFF Women’s Futsal Championship on January 25.
Bangladesh had a 6-0 lead in the first half.
Sabina Khatun put her team ahead in the 8th minute of the play.
Nilufa Yesmin Nila doubled the margin in the 10th minute of the match.
Nouson Jahan made it 3-0 in the 10th minute of the play.
Nouson Jahan increased the tally into 4-0 in the 12th minute of the clash.
Sabina Khatun increased the tally into 5-0 in the 16th minute of the game.

Sabina Khatun is now the highest scorer of the meet. She scored 10 goals playing five matches.
Bangladesh made an auspicious start in the SAFF Women’s Futsal Championship defeating India 3-1 in their first match at the same venue on January 15.
Bangladesh played a 3-3 goals draw with Bhutan in their second match at the same venue on January 17.
Bangladesh returned to the winning streak blanking Nepal 3-0 in their third match at the same venue on January 19.
Bangladesh retained their winning row thrashing Sri Lanka by 6-3 goals in their fourth match at the same venue on January 21.
A total of seven teams are taking part in the SAFF Women’s Futsal Championship. They are: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan and Maldives. The competition is rolling on single league basis. The highest-point achiever team will be the champions of the SAFF Women’s Futsal Championship.
