BNP leader Salah Uddin gets travel pass to return home

BNP Standing Committee Member Salah Uddin Ahmed detained by Indian authorities for trespassing, has got a travel pass to enter Bangladesh.
Salah Uddin Ahmed confirmed the matter saying, “I have received a travel pass from the Bangladesh government. I will return my home after getting the exit pass from the Indian government.”
The BNP leader said that he was informed about the travel pass by the office of assistant high commissioner of Bangladesh, in Guwahati, India on Monday.
On March 10, 2015, Salah Uddin went missing from his Uttara residence in Dhaka.
Later, he was rescued by Indian local police in Shillong, Meghalaya after 62 days of his missing.
At that time the Indian police said that they detained Salah Uddin]
after receiving calls from local people. The Indian authority, later, made Salah Uddin, a former state minister of Bangladesh, an accused of illegal trespassing.
Recently, the Indian court has acquitted Salah Uddin of the charges.
Replying of queries, Salahuddin said that before entering Bangladesh he will go to New Delhi for his medical checkup as he is suffering from cardio vascular disease, kidney complexity and diabetes.
