Rajibul Karim acting Registrar of KAU

Md. Rajibul Karim, Director of the Planning and Development Division of Khulna Agricultural University (KAU), was appointed as the university’s Acting Registrar.

The appointment was made through an official order issued on Sunday ( November 1), 2026, with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor.

According to the order, Md. Rajibul Karim will assume the additional responsibility of Acting Registrar from Monday (November 2, 2026), until further notice, alongside his existing duties.

The same order relieved Deputy Controller of Examinations Md. Rezaul Islam of his current charge as Registrar, effective from the afternoon of November 1, 2026.

The order also stated that Md. Rajibul Karim would receive all applicable allowances and benefits in accordance with the university’s rules while performing the additional responsibility.

The redistribution of responsibilities is believed to be aimed at ensuring greater efficiency in administrative activities, better coordination among offices and continuity in the university’s institutional operations.
