Ella Bright joins Sony’s film ‘Narcs’

Actor Ella Bright, known for Prime Video’s romantic drama series ‘Off Campus’, has landed her first major studio film role.

She will star opposite Mason Thames in Sony Pictures’ upcoming coming-of-age comedy ‘Narcs.’

The film will mark the directorial debut of John Phillips, writer of R-rated comedies including ‘No Hard Feelings’, ‘Good Boys’ and ‘Dirty Grandpa’. The plot details of Narcs are being kept under wraps.

The screenplay was written by Jordan and Justin Shipley, creators of the TBS comedy series ‘Wrecked’, with rewrites by Phillips and his frequent collaborator Gene Stupnitsky.
