Delta Life Ins organises Women Employees Confce

Delta Life Insurance Company Limited has been organizing a colorful annual conference since 2017.
Continuing this tradition, In recognition of the outstanding contributions of its female marketing personnel working at the field level, the 7th “Women Employees Conference 2026” was held on Tuesday at City hotel.

Adeeba Rahman, ACII (UK), Chairperson of the Executive Committee and Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, attended the conference as the Chief Guest.

The program was presided over by Uttam Kumar Sadhu, FCMA, FCS, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.

Also seated on the dais were Anwarul Haque, DMD; Milton Bepari, DMD & CFO; Afrin Haque, AMD & Actuary; and Md. Farhad Jalil, EVP (Development Administration). Senior officials of the Company were also present at the conference.

Approximately 400 successful female employees from across Bangladesh, who qualified through a competitive selection process, participated in the conference.

In recognition of their outstanding achievements in field-level activities, 21 female employees were awarded medals and certificates, while five female employees received long-service recognition awards, including commemorative crests, ceremonial scarves and certificates.
