Maruf visits Sarabangla online news portal

Protidiner Bangladesh Editor Maruf Kamal Khan on Sunday visited the Sarabangla.net office in Dhaka, and exchanged views with its Editor Saiful Islam Siddique.

During the visit, Maruf Kamal Khan, also a well-known writer and former press secretary to ex-Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, inquired about the publications and activities of ICC Group, including Dainik Sarabangla, Sarabangla.net and Digi Bangla.

They discussed the challenges and obstacles currently facing the media industry in Bangladesh and stressed the importance of practising objective and responsible journalism in the interests of the country and its people.

Maruf Kamal Khan also exchanged views with senior journalists and officials of ICC Group, including Media Director Shahin Hasnat, Head of Sarabangla.net English version Abul Kalam Manik, Deputy Chief of English version Syed Ali Asfar, City Editor Rafiqul Islam Azad and News Editor Mehedi Hasan.
