Nana Patekar gives Rs 1.5cr to buy a car after hearing about farmer’s suicide

Veteran Bollywood actor Nana Patekar is known for his hot-tempered and angry personality on screen.

However, general public may not be fully aware of how soft and kind-hearted he is in real life.

Renowned screenwriter Ranbir Pushpa recently narrated an incredible and emotional story of Nana’s life.

The author revealed story of how he changed his decision to buy a luxury car worth Rs 1.5 crore and stood by the destitute farming families.

In an interview, Ranbir said that one day, Nana became very emotional after seeing the tragic scenes of farmer suicides in India on news.

Next day, he was supposed to buy himself a new luxury car worth Rs 1.5 crore. But after seeing the grieving families on TV screen, he changed his mind.

The next morning, Nana called a friend and ordered him to divide entire Rs 1.5 crore into several checks of Rs 15,000 and distribute them among the families of the farmers who had committed suicide.
