Army Chief leaves Dhaka for official visit

Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman left Dhaka on Sunday on a five-day official visit to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

During the visit, the army chief is scheduled to hold meetings with senior defence officials and other key dignitaries of both countries to strengthen bilateral defence cooperation and relations, according to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
