Pop star Shakira’s India tour cancelled

Pop star Shakira was scheduled to tour India for the first time in nearly two decades in April.

Ticket sales had begun. However, at the last minute, the organisers decided to cancel Shakira’s concert due to the Iran war.

Shakira was initially scheduled to perform two concerts in India.

After the announcement of her concert, the audience’s interest increased, so another concert was added.

Later, it was finalised that Shakira would perform in Mumbai on April 10 and 11 and in Delhi on April 15.

Tickets were being sold at high prices. But the whole situation changed due to the Iran war.

The full amount of the concert ticket will be refunded within the next five to seven working days.

Although Shakira’s concert ticket refunds have been announced, the organisers are saying that her concert has been postponed but not canceled.

A new date will be announced later when it is finalised.

The organisers have stated that the decision to postpone the concert was made due to the current geopolitical situation and regional tensions.
