State Minister Farzana distributes cheques in Baraigram

State Minister for Social Welfare Farzana Sharmin Putul, MP distributed cheques worth Tk 18,41,000-provided by the Ministry of Social Welfare in Baraigram upazila of Natore district.

The distribution ceremony was held at the Baraigram upazila parishad auditorium on Monday. It was organised by the Upazila Administration and the Upazila Department of Social Services.

It was presided over by Baraigram Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Laila Jannatul Ferdous and moderated by Upazila Agriculture Extension Officer Mst. Hosne Ara Khatun, Honorable State Minister Farzana Sharmin Putul, MP, as the chief guest, Alhaj Md. Abdul Aziz, MP for Natore-4 (Gurudaspur-Baraigram) constituency; Nur Mohammad, Deputy Director of the Natore District Department of Social Services; Advocate Abdul Kader.

A member of the District BNP; and Abdus Salam Molla, former Joint Convener of the Upazila BNPwere special guests.

Upazila Social Services Officer Md. Rezaul Karim delivered the welcome address.

Leaders of BNP’s affiliated and associate organizations, representatives from the beneficiary institutions, and distinguished members of the public were present at the meeting.
