‘The Godfather’ actor Robert Duvall no more
Hollywood’s legendary actor and Oscar winner Robert Duvall has died. According to a CNN report, he breathed his last at his residence in Middleburg, Virginia, on February 15.
Born in California in 1931, Duvall served in the US Army before turning to acting.
He later studied acting in New York, where his classmates included stars such as Dustin Hoffman and Gene Hackman.
In a career spanning six decades, he established himself as one of Hollywood’s most influential actors.
Duvall is best known for his role as Tom Hagen, a trusted advisor to the Corleone family, in film ‘The Godfather.’
