Bonolota Express Was the Right Choice
Entertainment Report :
The shooting of the film ‘Bonolota Express’ has been completed and it is now awaiting release. Actress Sabila Nur has played an important role in the film. After finishing the shoot, she has shifted her focus to other work. She believes that deciding to be part of this film was absolutely the right choice.
Speaking about the project, Sabila Nur said, “I really liked the proposal to play the character ‘Chitra’ from Humayun Ahmed Sir’s novel. When I first spoke with Tanim bhai back in July, I felt that being part of this project would be the right choice for me. After completing the shoot, I feel I made the right decision.”
Talking about the shooting experience, Sabila said, “We shot for almost 20 days. Dubbing is still left. This was my first time working with this team. They were very organized and worked in a planned way. Everything went according to schedule every day. It was a very good experience.”
Due to the film’s shooting schedule, she could not maintain her regular lifestyle for a long time, which resulted in some weight gain. Addressing this, Sabila said, “Because of this film, I couldn’t go to the gym for a long time. Now I’m getting back into my gym routine. I have an upcoming OTT project, ‘Golam Mamun’. I’ve received the story, and my character has more twists and layers. For this role, I’ll need to gain some weight, so I’m preparing for that. I want the audience to see ‘Chitra’ in one way, and then see ‘Rahi’ in ‘Golam Mamun’in a completely new way.”
When asked about the target audience of ‘Bonolota Express’, Sabila Nur explained, “At the beginning, Tanim Noor bhai said he wanted to make a commercial film. This is not an art film. It has romance, comedy, and tragedy-elements that attract audiences to theaters. However, there are no traditional dance or song sequences. The story itself is the biggest strength of the film. Along with fans of Humayun Ahmed sir, those who have watched ‘Utsab’ will surely watch this film as well. Overall, I believe this film has strong potential.”
