Entertainment Report :
Anonna Ruma, AGM of Channel i’s programme department, is creating a new song with singer Fahmida Nabi and artiste, composer and music director Joy Shahriar.
The song was planned a few days ago at a tea shop called ‘Chawali’ in the capital’s Dhanmondi area.
According to that plan, the song recording has already been completed. The song is titled ‘Chayer Chumuke’.
Written by Someshwar Oli, tune and music have been arranged by Joy Shahriar.
The song will be released on the Valentine’s Day. Fahmida Nabi lent her voice to the song at Joy Shahriar’s studio Aajob Records in the capital’s Moghbazar area on Sunday.
Joy Shahriar also lent his voice on the same day. The music video for the song will be shot soon.
Regarding talking about the song, Anonna Ruma said, “I shared the idea of the song with Fahmida Apa while talking. She really liked it. That’s when I finalised the work plan.
It’s a work of love that we all love when it comes to tea cups. We are all trying to present a beautiful song to the audience from our own perspective.”
Fahmida Nabi said, “This song is made to encourage each other to love each other, to be good, and to live a beautiful life. Anonna Ruma is the main initiator of the song. Thank you to her for such a beautiful initiative.”
Joy Shahriar shared his feelings by this way, “I have been working with Fahmida Apa for a long time.
She is one of my own people. I haven’t worked with her for a long time. Finally, the song ‘Chayer Chumuke’ was done.
I usually don’t work on songs by other lyricists. But Oli is a very close friend of mine.
I really like his writing.
This song was not made with commercial considerations in mind. We four people are making this song from a place of joy, from a place of pleasure, thinking that the audience will like it.”
