New batch of management trainee officers joins NCC Bank

NCC Bank recently organised an orientation programme for its newly appointed Management Trainee Officers at the bank’s head office.

The programme was attended by Managing Director M Shamsul Arefin, along with Additional Managing Director M Khurshed Alam; Deputy Managing Directors Md Habibur Rahman and Mohammed Mizanur Rahman; and Head of the Human Resources Division Rishad Hossain.

Welcoming the new officers, Managing Director M Shamsul Arefin said that the banking sector is becoming increasingly dependent on artificial intelligence and financial technology. He noted that professional knowledge alone is no longer sufficient for bank officers, emphasising the importance of innovative thinking, hard work and ethical values in today’s evolving financial landscape.

He also stressed the need for professionalism in customer service and advised the new generation of bankers to develop themselves through honesty, dedication, diligence and a strong sense of responsibility.

He encouraged the Management Trainee Officers to prepare themselves to take on leadership roles in the banking sector in the future.
