CMC students should play a role in improving healthcare in Ctg : Mayor

Chattagram City Corporation (CCC) Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain has called on students who have passed out of Chattagram Medical College (CMC), which has spread light in the medical profession at home and abroad, to play a role in improving healthcare in Chattagram.

On Tuesday (September 09), under the slogan ‘One Pulse One Pride’, CMC Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain inaugurated the formal registration program of the CMC 5th Alumni Reunion 2026 as the chief guest. The Mayor said that CMC is not just a factory for producing doctors, it is a beacon of human service.

Now is the time for everyone to work together to improve the quality of healthcare in Chattagram. If we work together, it is possible to take Chattagram’s health sector to new heights. Professor Dr. Saifuddin Md., President of CMC Alumni Association, spoke at the conference hall on the ground floor of the CMC New Academic Building.

The registration program was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Tarek and conducted by Dr. Belayet Hossain Dhali, Assistant Professor of CMC Child Health Department and CMC 33 generation. CMC Principal Professor Dr. Mohammad Jasim Uddin, Chattagram Medical College (CMCH) Hospital Director Brigadier General Dr. Md. Taslim Uddin spoke as special guests.
