Kuki-Chin uniforms in Chattogram factory under Tk 2 crore contract!

Uniforms of the armed organization Kuki-Chin National Front (KNF) were being made in a garment factory in Nayarhat area under Bayezid Bostami police station in the city. Police conducted a raid and seized these uniforms and arrested three people, including the factory owner.
The uniforms were seized from Ringvo Apparels on the night of May 17. The incident came to light on Sunday (May 25). The arrested are Shahedul Islam, Golam Azam and Niaz Haider. Police said that Shahedul Islam is the owner of the factory. Others brought the work order to make these uniforms.
A case was filed with Bayezid Bostami police station on May 18 against 4 people in this incident. City Detective Police SI Iqbal Hossain filed the case as the plaintiff. The case states that Golam Azam and Niaz Haider gave the work to make the uniforms in March.
They took the work of making uniforms from a person named Manghlasing Marma Prakash Mang on a contract of 2 crore taka. KNF members also gave their clothes to Manghlasing. These uniforms were supposed to be delivered this month. However, the police seized 20,300 pieces of uniforms from Ringvo Apparels after receiving information from a secret source.
