Sonali Bank holds workshop

Sonali Bank PLC organized a training workshop on ‘Grievance Redress System (GRS) and using its’ software on 11 December, Monday at head office.

Mafiz Uddin Ahmed, Additional Secretary of Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance attended the workshop as chief guest while Bank’s CEO and Managing Director Md. Afzal Karim presided over the program. Among the others, Deputy Managing Directors, all General Managers of head office, head of all General Managers’ office, GM headed corporate branches, Principal offices and corporate branches under these GM office, Vigilance and Complaint Management Division Deputy General Manager and related officers were also took part in the workshop.
