Victory Day Boxing Showdown to be held on Dec 18

Bangladesh Professional Boxing Society (BPBS) will organize “Victory Day Boxing Showdown” tournament on December 18 to celebrate the victory day.

The competition will be held from 4.00pm to 10.00pm at Dhanmondi Rabindra Sarovar in the capital.

BPBS’s Chairman Mohammad Asaduzzaman informed it at a press conference after the fourth convention of BPBS held at Bangladesh Olympic Association’s auditorium on Friday.

In the competition, 30 boxers from 20 districts will participate in 10 bouts.

He said that the second edition of the boxing franchise tournament ‘Bangladesh Professional Boxing League-BBL’ will be organized in May next year.
