Feni District Police Superintendent Pratyush Kumar Majumder, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sultana Nasrin Kanta, District ICT Officer and Sadar Upazila Officer were present as special guests.

Feni Municipality Executive Engineer Md Zakir Uddin, Executive Officer Md Shamsuddin, Medical Officer Dr Krishna Pada Saha, Accounting Officer Syed Nazmuddin Ahmed, Assistant Engineer Nazmul Jisan, Administrative Officer SM Sharafat Ullah Chowdhury and other municipal officials and employees were also present. Journalists, well-wishers and dignitaries attended the event as well. Through the ‘My Feni’ app, citizens will be able to report various problems and lodge complaints regarding municipal services directly with the authorities.

This will reduce the need for citizens to visit municipal offices in person and help authorities take prompt initiatives to resolve their problems, officials said.

According to Feni Municipality sources, the initiative has been taken to make citizen services more effective and people-friendly through modern technology.

The app will make the process of identifying problems, receiving complaints and providing services more efficient, while creating greater opportunities for transparency and accountability in municipal management.

Officials hope the launch of the ‘My Feni’ app will further expand the use of digital technology in municipal services and contribute to building a clean, modern and citizen-friendly city.
