Mohammedan-Abahani BPL Football match today

Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited will face their arch rivals Dhaka Abahani Limited in their sixth match of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football at the Bhasha Sainik Dhirendranath Dutta Stadium in Cumilla today. The match will kick-off at 3.00pm.
Earlier, Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club usually gave a good fight against Dhaka Abahani Limited. The black-and-white Motijheel based outfit showed a competitive football against the Dhanmondi based sky blue outfit. But now-a-day’s the Motijheel based outfit cannot show a better brand of football against the Dhanmondi based outfit.
League leaders Bashundhara Kings led the points table collecting maximum 18 points from six matches.
Dhaka Abahani Limited took the second spot bagging 12 points from as many matches.
On the other hand, Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited took the sixth position earning six points from five matches.
It is expected that a good number of spectators will arrive at the venue to watch the prestigious match between Dhaka Abahani Limited and Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited.
Meanwhile, Chittagong Abahani Limited will face Uttara Azampur FC in the day’s other match at the Rafiquddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh, while Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra will meet Rahmatganj Muslim and Friends Society in the day’s other match at the Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Munshiganj. Both the matches will start at 3.00pm.
