Int’l Customs Day observed

On the occasion of International Customs Day, Chattogram Customs House, a major revenue earning agency of the government brought out a colourful rally in the port city on Sunday.
Member Parliament MA Latif inaugurated the rally at Customs House premises at about 8 am . The lawmaker in his inaugural address said the customs officials perform their duties with a number of hindrances for earning revenues for the govt . He also mentioned that Customs House is providing global standard services following the introduction of digitalization .
He further said present govt under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina , minimized the gaps between people and the govt bodies .Bangladesh became Imaging Tiger , this is own proud. The total customs house in fountain, over bridge, customs circle have been decorated with colourful festoons, ballons, replicas of Padma Bridge on the occasion.
