Jubair Ahmed, son of Mamun Mustafiz of Shariatpur, has been suffering from Thalassaemia for long time. Jubair, aged around seven, is being treated at the capital’s Thalassaemia Foundation Hospital.
The patient, who has been undergoing blood transfusions for some five years, needs to continue it. Doctors suggested taking Jubair in India immediately.
Jubair’s unemployed father cannot afford to bear the treatment cost. So, he has requested affluent people or institutions to extend their helping hands to save Jubair’s life.
