Production co sends legal notice to Sariful Razz

Production company Real Energy Production has sent a legal notice against film actor Sariful Razz, alleging breach of contract and financial loss.

Supreme Court lawyer Shajib Mahmood Alam sent the notice on October 28 on behalf of the company’’ founder Shahreen Akter Sumi.

The notice stated that legal action will be taken if the shooting schedule is not confirmed within 48 hours.

The notice also stated that Sariful Razz was signed to a movie titled ‘Thikana’ by Real Energy Production for release on Eid-ul-Azha 2027.

He was also paid an advance fee at that time. According to the contract, Razz will not be able to act in any movie other than the movie made for that Eid or do any kind of promotion.

But on August 31, it was announced that Razz is acting in a movie titled ‘Kanabhula Paradox’ made for the next Eid-ul-Azha. The actor himself spread the news by sharing the poster on Facebook.

When the matter came to his attention, Razz was informed, but he did not delete the poster of the movie from Facebook.

The notice further stated that the production house sent a legal notice to Razz on September 2 in this regard. After receiving the notice, the actor and his manager contacted the production house.

They promised to resolve the matter amicably. However, although the shooting schedule was supposed to be given, Razz has not given it yet.

Due to this, the pre-production of the film is being delayed. Due to this delay, the partners and sponsors of the production house are disappointed with the film.

As a result, the production house may face huge losses. Razz has been asked to confirm the shooting schedule of Sariful Razz from February 1 to March 10, 2027 within 48 hours of receiving the notice.
