DBBL holds strategic conclave for Ctg region

A Strategic Conclave of Dutch-Bangla Bank with Chattogram Region was held in Chattogram on Srecently at a local hotel in hybrid model to formulate business strategies for the branches and to strengthen customer service excellence.

Md. AhteshamulHaque Khan, Managing Director & CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank was present as the Chief Guest in the program. In his speech, the Managing Director & CEO said that DBBL has undertaken various strategies to become the Best Financial Solution Partner “the Trusted Partner” for its customers.
He highlighted several strategic priorities, including a Client Caring Mentality, to ensure service excellence.

He urged all participants to contribute more effectively towards achieving the Bank’s strategic objectives and strengthening its position in the industry.

The Branch Managers of Chattogram Region presented their respective strategies in the conclave and assured the management of achieving their business targets through excellent customer service.

The senior management team also shared their observations and provided guidance on improving customer service and achieving business targets.

The officials of Branches & Sub-Branches, Regional Heads of Rocket & Agent Banking and ADC Supervisors of the region were also participated at the conclave through online.
