Ronaldo to star in TV series after football exit

After scoring goals, winning trophies and setting countless records on the football field, Cristiano Ronaldo will now be seen on a whole new stage. The Portuguese superstar is now stepping into world of television drama.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner will not only executive produce but also star in the big-budget British drama series ‘Day 1s’. He will be joined by Arsenal and France legend Thierry Henry.

This will be Ronaldo’s first official acting debut alongside his football career. The ‘Day 1s’ series is being made about behind-the-scenes story of British football.

It will reveal player transfers, contracts, agent pressure, relationship tensions and many unknown aspects of the football industry. The series has already begun shooting in England.
