



International School Dhaka (ISD) has appointed Dr Mike Miller as its new Director, bringing on board an experienced international educator with more than two decades of leadership in global education.
Dr Miller has extensive experience in academic leadership, school governance, strategic planning and international accreditation, having worked across seven countries in a range of education systems.
He is also a respected figure within the International Baccalaureate (IB) community, serving as an IB Evaluation Leader, Programme Evaluator, Workshop Leader and consultant supporting schools worldwide.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the role, Dr Miller said he was honoured to join ISD and looked forward to working closely with the school’s faculty, students and families.
“This is a school with a strong reputation for quality international education. Together, we’ll build on what ISD has already achieved and continue helping our students grow into thoughtful global citizens,” he said.
The school said the appointment comes at an important stage in its development and reflects its commitment to strengthening academic excellence and strategic leadership.
ISD also reaffirmed its commitment to delivering high-quality International Baccalaureate (IB) education to prepare students for success in an increasingly interconnected world.
