SJIB holds 279th board audit committee meeting

The 279th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of ShahjalalIslami Bank PLC held recently at its Corporate Head Office of the Bank.

The meeting was presided over by Md. ReazulKarim theChairman of Board Audit Committee of the Bank.

Among others the Director of the Bank & Memberof the Committee Fakir Mashrikuzzaman and Fakir Maniruzzaman were participated in themeeting.

The Managing Director MoslehUddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the BankMd. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
