SBAC Bank holds 13th AGM
Engr Md Moklesur Rahman, Chairman, SBAC Bank PLC presides over the bank's 13th Annual General Meeting at the RAOWA Convention Center in Dhaka on Monday. The Bank's Sponsor Director, Mohammed Ayub; Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, Professor Md. Maksudur Rahman Sarker are also attend the event.
SBAC Bank PLC held its 13th Annual General Meeting at the RAOWA Convention Center in Dhaka on Monday in a hybrid format.
The meeting was presided over by SBAC Bank Chairman Engr Md Moklesur Rahman.
The shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, the election of directors, and seven other general agenda items at the meeting.
The Bank’s Sponsor Director, Mohammed Ayub; Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee and Managing Director & CEO S.M. Mainul Kabir attended the meeting in person.
The Bank’s Additional Managing Directors, Md. Rabiul Islam and Abdul Quaium Chowdhury; Deputy Managing Director, Md. Altaf Hossain Bhuyan; along with divisional heads and senior executives of the Bank, also attended the meeting.
The program was moderated by the Bank’s Company Secretary (Current Charge), Towhedur Rahman, FCS.
