‘I was banned for 10yrs’, Sreelekha says with anger

After the arrest of influential Tollywood organiser and producer Swarup Biswas, Tollywood actress Sreelekha Mitra has made some comments in several Facebook posts that have sparked a new discussion. She claimed that she was practically not allowed to work in Tollywood for a decade.

In her words, she was banned because of the Trinamool Congress and some so-called artistes who controlled the industry.

However, this time, the issue has taken a new dimension as she directly mentioned that she was banned for ‘10 years’. In post, Sreelekha also expressed some anger towards media.
