SANJIDA TASNIM: New sensation of OTT

From catwalk of the ramp to the colourful world of acting, although the journey started as a hobby, this generation’s model and actress Sanjida Tasnim is now the new sensation of the OTT world.

She has made a special place in minds of audience with her acting style in Shihab Shaheen’s web series ‘Cactus’, which was recently released on Chorki.

With the magic of eye-catching glamour and modest acting, Sanjida has proven that she is not only adept at shaking the ramp, but also at blending into the screen character.

Sanjida’s media journey began purely as a hobby.

As a child, she first stood in front of the camera by performing a dance on NTV in Class-IX.

Later, she participated in Deepto TV’s reality show ‘Star Hunt’ and became one of the three finalists.

That experience made her dream of acting come true.

In this context, Sanjida Tasnim said, “Ramp modelling has given
me confidence.

But maintaining the emotions of the character in
acting, speaking dialogues – all are different challenges.”
