Pritam-Xefer’s web film ‘Tumi Ami Shudhu’

Pritam Hasan and Xefer Rahman are both musicians. They also have a song together. Both of them act in addition to singing. This is the first time they are coming together on screen.

Shihab Shaheen has made a web film titled ‘Tumi Ami Shudhu’ with Pritam and Xefer.

The web film will be released on OTT platform Binge on April 14 on the occasion of Pahela Boishakh, Bengali New Year.

The shooting of ‘Tumi Ami Shudhu’ was completed almost a year ago. However, it was stuck due to technical problems.

After overcoming various complications, the web film is finally seeing the light of day. Binge announced the release date by releasing the teaser on Monday evening.

Regarding the story of the web film, director Shihab Shaheen said, “The web film ‘Tumi Aami Shudhu’ is made about the story of a girl’s free will.

The girl always prioritises her own wishes or desires. She wants to build her life on her own free will. At some point, complications arise with this free will.

The story progresses around that complication. It can also be said that it is a love story of a pair of people. The audience will find something new in that story.”

Although this is the first time Pritam and Xefer have worked together, both have experience in acting under the direction of Shihab Shaheen.

Pritam has acted in the director’s web film ‘Kachher Manush Dure Thuiya’ and the web series ‘Cactus’.

Xefer was seen in the series ‘Myshelf Allen Swapan 2’. Regarding working with the two musicians, Shihab Shaheen said, “Pritham and Xefer have proven themselves in acting.

Just as Pritam acts well in addition to singing, Xefer is also very sincere about his work. I am optimistic about this pair. I hope the audience will like it.”

Manas Banerjee, Samu Chowdhury, Munmun Ahmed, Abdullah Al Sentu, etc also acted in the web film ‘Tumi Ami Shudhu’. In addition to directing, Shihab Shaheen wrote the story and screenplay.
