Walton launches Digital Campaign Season-24 with millionaire offer

Centering the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha, country’s super brand and tech giant Walton has launched ‘Digital Campaign Season-24’, resuming its millionaire offer.

In season-24, customers are likely to get Tk10 lakh on the purchase of Walton brand fridge, AC, washing machine or BLDC fan from any Walton Plaza and distributor outlets across the country, according to a media release.

In addition, customers are offered guaranteed gifts including attractive cash vouchers and Argentina fan jersey. Customers will enjoy the benefits of season-24 till the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha.

The tech giant declared these customers’ benefits at ‘Walton Digital Campaign Season-24 Launching Ceremony’ held at Walton Corporate Office in the capital on Wednesday.

In the function, Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC’s Managing Director S M MahbubulAlam announced the inauguration of Digital Campaign Season-24 across the country.

The event was also attended, among others, by Walton Fridge Brand Ambassador popular film actress BidyaSinhaSahaMim, National Cricket Team’s fast bowler and ‘Face of Walton AC’ Taskin Ahmed and senior officials of the company.

Speaking at the event, Walton Hi-Tech’s Managing Director S M MahbubulAlam said, “Walton is a customer-friendly brand.

Walton has been providing special benefits to its customers on every major festival.

In line with this, Walton is once again being given the opportunity to become millionaires centering the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha.

Earlier in the previous seasons of digital season, total of 44 customers became millionaires by purchasing Walton products.

Most of them have improved their lifestyles after they had awarded one million taka from Walton.

As a result, Walton’s millionaire campaign has gained huge popularity among the customers.

He hoped that this season will also be a successful campaign through the spontaneous participation of customers, just like the previous ones.”

Highlighting the details of the campaign, Walton officials said, buyers will do digital registration of their products after they had purchased.

After that, customers will get a return SMS from Walton with the notification of the award. Respective plaza or showroom will hand over the prize to the customers.

Walton is developing a ‘digital customer database’ to provide swift after-sales service through automation.

During the digital campaign, customers name, mobile number and product model number are being stored on Walton’s server through a digital registration system.

As a result, even if the warranty card is lost, customers can get quick service from any Walton service center in the country.

On the other hand, service center representatives can also get customer feedback.

Walton has been providing various benefits to customers under the digital campaign to ensure spontaneous participation of customers in this program, the release adds.
