Opponent San Marino: Bangladesh to play 1st time in Europe

According to the latest FIFA rankings, San Marino have taken 211th position, while Bangladesh have taken 181st spot. San Marino are team of Europe.

This time Bangladesh are going to play a FIFA International friendly match against this unknown team (San Marino). The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) confirmed this matter, according to a BFF press release issued on Tuesday.

The FIFA International friendly football match between Bangladesh and San Marino will be held on June 5. In that match, San Marino will host Jamal Bhuyan’s team.

This will be Bangladesh’s first match against a European National Football team. They are also going to play on European soil for the first time.

The match is going to be special for San Marino as well. They have never played against an Asian team in the past.

FIFA rankings say that Bangladesh will be ahead in the match; Jamal-Hamza Choudhury are well above San Marino. Bangladesh played against Singapore in their last match.
