AAG Abul Hasan relieved of duties

Advocate Md Abul Hasan of the Supreme Court has been relieved of his duties as Assistant Attorney General (AAG).

A notification issued on Monday by the Solicitor Wing of the Law and Justice Division said the appointment order of Advocate Md Abul Hasan as Assistant Attorney General has been cancelled and he has been relieved from the responsibilities of the post with immediate effect, reports media.

Meanwhile, assistant attorneys generals Md Mujahidul Islam and Ahmad Musanna Chowdhury submitted their resignation letters to the President through the Attorney General’s Office last Thursday, citing personal reasons.
