Director Utsav Mukherjee missing

The screenwriter and director of popular Kolkata films ‘Borunbabur Bondhu’ and ‘Bhobishyoter Bhoot’, Utsav Mukherjee, has been reported to have mysteriously disappeared.

He has not been found since he left home for bank work yesterday afternoon.

This incident has created deep concern in the Tollywood neighbourhood.

According to family sources, Utsav left home on Thursday afternoon to do some urgent work at the bank. But even after a long time, he did not return home.

The director’s wife said on social media that she last spoke to Utsav at 2:22pm.

At that time, Utsav said that he was inside the bank. But after a while, no further contact with him was possible.

The mystery surrounding Utsav’s disappearance has further intensified around his mobile phone. He had left his personal mobile phone at home.

But he had taken his late father’s phone with him when he went to the bank. Now, that phone is also found switched off.
