Pedestrian assault in Gulshan: Russian model Monika served legal notice

Russian-Bangladeshi model Monika Kabir, who came under scrutiny for allegedly assaulting a pedestrian in Gulshan, Dhaka, has been served a legal notice demanding a public apology.

On Wednesday, Supreme Court lawyer Jannatul Ferdous sent the notice via post. The notice urges Monika Kabir to immediately refrain from creating such obscene and controversial content.

It also directs her to remove the related videos and content circulating on social media.

Furthermore, the notice states that Monika Kabir must clarify the legality of her stay in Bangladesh, specifically providing the necessary documents regarding her work permit and valid visa.
