Free medical camp held in Ctg

A free medical camp has been organized by the voluntary organization British Bangla Welfare in Chor Chaktai, South Bakalia area of Chattogram. More than a hundred people received free medical services and necessary medicines in this camp organized for the underprivileged and helpless people of the society. Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain provided free treatment to the patients who came to the medical camp on Saturday.
At this time, he said, “To make Chattogram a healthy city, every person in the city must be covered by healthcare.
Ensuring the good health of the common people is our main responsibility and this is not the work of a single organization – this is possible only with a joint initiative.” Alhaj Abu Sufian, BNP nominee for Chattogram-9 constituency, was present as a special guest at the program. British Bangla Welfare Advisor Dr. Golam Quader Chowdhury presided over the program, and specialist physician DAB Chattogram Metropolitan President Professor Abbas Uddin was also present.
