Keya Payel in search of new stories

Keya Payel is making a conscious effort to explore something new in her acting career.

She is staying away from repetitive stories and similar character portrayals, instead carefully choosing dramas with fresh narratives and diverse roles-projects that give audiences the opportunity to rediscover her in a new light.

With this mindset, she has recently selected several dramas with different themes, one of which is Tipu Sultan.

In Tipu Sultan, Keya Payel stars opposite Musfiq R. Farhan. Previously, she has paired with the same actor in a number of dramas, including ‘Ruposhi Studio’, ‘Onekdin Pore’, ‘Maya’, ‘Hello Guys’, ‘Shudhu Tomar Jonno’, ‘Props’, ‘Biyer Porer Picnic’, ‘Sorry Sir’, ‘Security Guard’, ‘Ejon Moddhyobitto Bolchi’, and many more-earning strong audience appreciation as a popular on-screen duo.

Another drama featuring Keya Payel opposite Musfiq R. Farhan is set to be released soon.

Titled ‘You and Me Forever’, the drama is directed by Rayan Mahmud based on a story by Oboyob Siddiqui.

According to Keya Payel, the drama will soon be released for audiences by Jago Entertainment.

She notes that most of the dramas she has done with Musfiq R. Farhan have gained popularity among viewers, which is why several creators have taken up new projects featuring the pair.

Keya Payel says, “It’s not that I’m acting simply for the sake of popularity. I have always tried to present myself as a mature artist through my work.

That’s why, instead of getting carried away by popularity, I choose projects that can leave a lasting impression on the audience.

At this stage of my acting career, I’ve realized that there is no alternative to good work if one wants to secure a permanent place in viewers’ hearts.

I’m also continuing to experiment with my acting.”
