I’m very peaceful, I don’t go to anyone to ask for work: Rahman

Legendary musician AR Rahman, who has won Oscars, Grammys and more in his three-decade career, has spoken out about the current state of Bollywood.

He claims that key to power of the industry is now in hands of people who have nothing to do with creativity. Rahman said that the world of Hindi cinema has changed radically in last eight years.

There is more corporate dominance than real creative people. He said, “Those who are not really creative, now have all the power in Bollywood.

I have been practicing my own creativity. I’m more at peace than before. I don’t go asking anyone for work.”
