Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds workshop

A 3-day training workshop titled ‘General Banking Management’ at Al-Arafah Islami Bank has begun at the Bank’s Training Institute.
Managing Director and CEO Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan inaugurated the workshop as chief guest on Tuesday.
Khan said that in order to survive in the current competitive banking environment, it is very important to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the concerned officers.
He urged the participants to enhance their skills through this training and ensure improved and competitive customer service, expand quality business and play an effective role in achieving the overall goals and objectives of the bank.
He further remarked that such training will contribute significantly to enhancing professional excellence in general banking activities as well as improving the quality of bank services.
The training workshop was presided over by the Principal of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Training Institute (AIBTI) Md Abdur Rahim Duary.
SVP Touhid Siddique and SAVP Saif Mohammad Zulkar Naeen were also present at the workshop. Fifty officer trainees from various branches participated in the workshop.
