AVATAR 3 crosses billion mark

Agencies :

Like the previous two installments, the third installment of ‘Avatar’ did not show as much power at the beginning. So, there was doubt about whether ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ would be able to respond at the box office
in the end. Director James Cameron himself was skeptical.

Last week, he said that he would decide on the next two installments after seeing the box office results of ‘Avatar 3’. And if the expected results are not achieved, he will end Avatar’s journey here. That doesn’t have to be done anymore.

The Avatar franchise built its future with the success of the box office.
The Hollywood Reporter reported that ‘Avatar: Fire and Ashes’ has seen a surge in box office sales since the start of the New Year.

The film, which was made with a budget of nearly $400 million, crossed the $1 billion milestone at the box office on January 3.

With this, three Hollywood movies in 2025 have crossed the billion-dollar mark. Previously, there were two, ‘Lilo and Stitch’ (1.38 billion) and ‘Zootopia 2’ (1.51 billion).

‘Avatar 3’ has been added to it. On the other hand, after ‘Titanic’, ‘Avatar’ and ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’, this is director James Cameron’s fourth movie to cross the billion-dollar milestone.

However, ‘Avatar 3’ is still far behind in terms of business compared to the previous two installments. It is hoped that this shortfall will be overcome with time.

James Cameron has added many new things to the third installment of Avatar. There are new groups, new characters. A character named Varang will be seen as the villain.

This character is being called the most interesting addition to this movie. Varang is the leader of the Ash People tribe, who live in volcanoes. She can do anything for her people.

The creator said that a different side of Pandora emerged in ‘Avatar: Fire and Ashes’. He wanted to go beyond the simple equation of the Na’vi race being good and the human race being bad in this episode.
