Craftsman Footwear and Accessories Ltd holds 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at DSE tower in the city recently. The company’s chairman, Dr Rezina Begum, presided over the AGM, which was attended by Managing Director Sadat Hossain Salim and other directors, including Rumana Begum, Sara Hossain, Mahi Alam. The board has recommended a 10.5 per cent cash dividend.
